My New Laptop
Finger Cross.. Hope that I make a right choice, So far , just this morning , my labtop shows me the blue screen of death. Well you know new laptop are supposed to run smoothly without any problem. Well... It does not run as smooth as I like to, the loading time takes quite a while to load. I did not time it. But it is like a Zzzz... I mean it is brand new. I was expecting something more in the range of 10 seconds than 5 minutes.
Well... That's the problem with Think Pad. They love to tell you what you want and what you need.... Hell, can't you let us decide what we want before installing a zillions unknown software that we don know what-the-hack is it for and slow down the operating speed.
Anyway, I downloaded CCleaner and run it and found 122 issues with the registry. And it is supposed to be a new laptop, what did the IBM technicians do with it? Screwing it? 122 issues, even my computer, when i did not fix issue for a few months only managed 166. Well still more, but my laptop is a day old.
Anyway, I hope that fix the problems. Finger cross... I will monitor my laptop the next few days.
Anyway, brought my new baby to the school. Well, sort of my 'pride'? and because of the convenience it brings. But with it, I would need to exercise more discipline to prevent myself from looking at it 24/7 instead of studying?
